Registry errors are exactly what it says an error ie the program no longer exists or the location is no longer there. system restore will restore your PC back to a point where it was working OK but if you have at any point deleted a registry entry restore will still not work. use a program like registry cleaner or even try www.ccleaner.com install this program and it will clean your registry for you. unless your an expert in registry programing then you should stay away from it as it can really screw with your settings.
