ok so now that i know it can be done.. how do you do it. when i first put music in it. it said to sync music. im guessing the same thing will happen when its connected to another computer with its itunes... will my music thats already in there erase.. or how can it be done with out erasing music thats already in there.

Your music will erase if you have itunes set to automatically sync the music. It won't if you do it manually (dragging songs from your library to the ipod)
