I just had ''hughes net'' installed and want to access the internet with 2 computers at the same time. what do i need to do

You need to get a router. The hughes net line will go to the router. The computers will then connect to the router via ethernet cable and network cards. Or you could get a wireless router where you won't need the ethernet cables, but will need wireless antennas for the 2 computers.

You need to buy a router, to hook up to your incoming cable, or dsl, then you need a wireless card, for the other computer, to pick up the signal from the router..
You need to use a router, either wired or wireless. Wireless would give you added capability. See here:

You could use a 2 way splitter where the internet cable signal can be split into 2. Then you can connect 2 computers. Most Radio Shacks or electronic supply stores should carry this item. Costs about $5-7.
