Can outlook be set up on two different computers to recieve the same email account's mail?

Can I recieve my emails through outlook on two different computers? If so, how do I transfer already recieved mail and sent mail folders from one computer to another?

Yes. On the main PC set up the email account as usual. On the secondary PC, set up the account so that all emails remain on the server until downloaded by the primary PC.

Yes 2 PC's can both access via outlook, and as far as synchonising, I am not sure, I tried it but it didn't work, so I simply put all new (unsorted mail) in a folder, then wrote a rule that 'forwarded' them back to myself and used only SEND email, NOT send/receive. - shut down outlook, and then able to pick them up when logged in with other computer

messy.. yes...
Yes, You can receive same emails in dirrerent computers. In outlook express account settings, advance tab, leave messages in server.click the check box.then you can recive the mails in both systems. But sent messages only view in the sent computer only.If you want it you can copy the sent.dbx file to another computer every time.Because u r sending messages only from outlook, not from url.Receiving will see on both systems.
Yes! You can do this. However, there is a pitfall (and a way around it). The problem is this: with default settings, some of your e-mail will be on one computer and some on the other. The way to avoid this is to set ''leave a copy of messages on server'' (assuming your e-mail provider gives you enough disk space and they don't have a tough mail-aging standard). Still, if you set up special folders, mail rules, contacts and the like, you have to do that on both computers.
