Where is ALU used besides computers. Can someone give me the link to an article which tells the usage of ALU in any electronic devices.

ALU stands for Arithmetic Logic Unit, as u would know by now it is the part of a CPU that does the actual calculations and such.
Other than our computer CPU, ALU can be found on other chips like Micro-Controllers and industrial processors. It is just part of a building block of any 'intelligent' IC, meaning which even your calculator has an ALU inside too.

Everything I've found says it is part of a computer's CPU.....I can't find anything stating its use in any other device.
Since it basically does math.....maybe a calculator - scientific or graphing?
