Go to Tools, Internet Options, then change to the "Contents" tab on top. There's a button that says "Clear Auto-Complete Forms" (select addresses and forms, not passwords) that's what you need for your case. It'll clean the auto-complete list off your bar. If you need to Delete Individual Pages, press Ctrl+H (on your homepage for example, not in the menus)and use the navigation list. To delete right-click and select delete.
Assuming you're using Internet Explorer 7, you can click the star on the upper left for "Favorites" then on top of that menu, there's more tabs to switch over to "History", it looks like a clock with arrows around it.
If you're using Firefox... well, I'm not going to assume that, since... it says it right in the menu bar... and you wouldn't be asking this if it was there :)
P.S.
Instead of posting 4 slightly different questions, you can just hit "Add details" and continue on the same, people will still answer you. Often they even go back and edit their answers.
