You can buy a switch for them. It allows you to use one monitor, mouse and keyboard for two or more computers.

Yep - with a switchbox
Yes, if you have a splitter for your monitor cable.
Sure, with a keyboard, video, mouse switch, also known as a KVM switch. It consists of 3 switches for multiple lines which work together as a group, switching all lines from the keyboard, monitor and mouse from one machine to another. In networked hubs, I have seen these used for as many as 10 computers/servers.
Use a KVM Switch. This is a Keyboard, Monitor, and Mouse switch. This device allows you to use the same keyboard, monitor and mouse on multiple computers. You can switch between computers without the need to reboot. They are commonly found on server racks, but smaller versions suitable for home use.
As a start, go to TigerDirect.com and search for item number T156-2288. They have several other makes and models. Several other on-line computer supply sites sell similar items.
its called a KVM switch. here is one for only $18. you can also get them at any computer store and even best buy. To switch between the computers, there is a button on the KVM its self, or you can use a hot key like pushing Scroll Lock twice.

You can get a KVM switch which will allow you to use 1 keyboard, mouse, speakers, a printer(or other USB device) and montior for two computers. They sell them at Best Buy or Circuit City. They are cool, you just hit scroll lock twice and it switches back and forth.

not at the same time no. if you buy a switchbox for the VGA cables then you can easily flip the switch for the monitor to go on one computer and flip it back for the other computer. other than that, there is absolutley no way.
Yes. Search for a SWITCHER.
