motherboard: sli powered, but the newest so far is for amd's spider platform which enables four vga cards in board.

ram: ddr3 1600 mhz

your asking for pplz opinions... there are many online pc builders that will show you all prices...
Check out the site Tom's Hardware (link below). They have lots of reviews of the latest hardware and provide comparisons between the various companies competing. Many other review sites exist too but I find Tom's site to be pretty thorough and provides good price/performance info for those who don't necessarily want to go over the top on a system. You can also check out the numerous PC component websites to see what they are selling as gaming rigs. See what components they are using and modify based on your particular needs.
