My wife is new to computers. She set up an e-mail account with Yahoo and cannot get into her e-mail

either her ID is wrong or her password is wrong. She is very diswrought about the whole thing and this makes her hate computers even more. Her e-mail address is linda77384@yahoo.com . We have tried versions of her sign in with caps on and off and cannot get anywhere. Is her only option now to create a new e-mail address totally? She really doesn't want to do this. I am her husband and she keeps bugging me to help her. My e-mail address is dwainega@yahoo.com that I have been using for years. It is her alternate e-mail.

probably her password, see if ther's a customer service, they can help change your password by emailing it to your email address

There are a lot of people having problems at the moment. It appears to be a Yahoo fault. All I can suggest is wait and try later. Just a piece of advice as well You really should not give out your e-mail address on an open site like this, everyone can see it and send you spam and scam. Be careful and I would suggest you change your address and give it to trusted friends only. Good luck.
